Colin Norris 
Managing Director

Colin is Founder and Managing Director for Concentric Partners which follows a career spanning more than 40 years. Firstly as a Professional Process Engineer and Manager in Manufacturing, he was a member of the Queens Award Winning Team for Technological Innovation (1974) and holder of a Software Design Patent. Elevated to the Board of a Group of Technology Companies including a Bell Canada International subsidiary, Colin is an accomplished Director and General Practitioner, experienced in strategic planning, business administration and managing people. Concentric Partners is the outworking of a personal desire to give Mid-Market Businesses  easier access to expertise for mutual profit whilst enjoying wider engagement in the business community. When away from the desk, Colin can be found driving golf balls into the rough or sharing fine wine and food with his wife Jayne and their friends.

Stuart Norris, MBA, Bsc/Bsc (Hons)
Corporate Director

Stuart provides Enterprise-wide expertise to mid-market Businesses. He has particular business and scientific expertise within the Biomedical, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry sectors. Previously, as a Scientist at Oxford University he created innovative analytical techniques for  ‘difficult ‘ biomarkers associated with cardiovascular and cancer diseases. This led to Stuart directing the patenting and business development of 3 innovative medical applications he invented. Stuart is also a regular keynote speaker on a broad range of strategic business topics and continues to author published editorial commentary and practical briefing papers for mid-market Businesses, Banks and other Organisations. He is Founder and Managing Director of Concentric Publishing Ltd which manages Concentric's Business Resource Library which contains over a hundred and fifty titles, the Strategic Business Manager: A Practical Handbook for Managers & Entrepreneurs and a number of Children's books. He is also a Trustee of an Environmental Charity, a SCUBA Diving Instructor and keen golfer.

Robin Wallhouse, FCA 
Financial Director

Robin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has experience in the Merchant Banking sector with an International dimension. Robin has also been the Proprietor of his own Accounting Business for many years. He has been in practice since 1975 during which time he has provided advice to a number of small to medium private companies across a wide spectrum of business types including a number of charities. Robin’s professional profile covers practice management, start-ups, personal investment advice and audit clients and his experience lends great value and assurance when dealing with clients at Board level with a gentle but firm professional style. He currently serves as Finance Director for Concentric Partners, a role which is highly valued in the counsel he provides to his colleagues and his contribution to our strategic future. In his spare time, Robin provides financial counsel as a public service through the CAB.

Keith Tattersfield, FCA 
Senior Consultant

With a lifetime’s career in the financial sector, Keith qualified as an Accountant back in the 1960’s, firstly with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) then moved over to Thornton Baker (later to become Grant Thornton) with whom he stayed for over 30 years during which time he headed up Grant’s Family Business Unit. His core Accountant’s role included a roving international engagement requiring extensive public speaking engagements on the essential ‘Family Business and all it’s foibles’, majoring upon financial management, dispute resolution and strategic planning for business succession! It was during such a business sale transaction that Keith met Colin and both experienced good chemistry and an alliance was formed. As a Senior Consultant, Keith has helped to create a formidable Concentric Development Team for substantial M&A project work addressing the mid-market business sector. Keith and his wife like to holiday abroad and walk the Welsh coast.

John Hunter 
Senior Consultant

John is one of Concentric’s ‘Anchor Men’ having been a former client whose company sale was professionally and successfully managed by Concentric during 2004. John is a seasoned Managing Director and proficient in General Business Management, capable of being sent into a company as a Mentor or ‘trouble shooter’. John is highly regarded for  some of the prompt business interventions we undertake when called for by our clients. John brings great credibility to our team through his sheer ‘business nous’ and his reliability under pressure, able to deal with difficult circumstances and people alike! As with all our experienced professionals, he needs the broadest of briefs only, before plunging into a business situation and bringing early results on behalf of beleaguered Business Owners enhancing our reputation and his own.

Edgar D’Mello 
Senior Consultant

Edgar is a professional Manager with a wide International experience in service delivery, business consultancy, transition and project management involving some of the world’s most prestigious and well known corporations. He has been involved in the Information and Communication Technology Services Industry for over 20 years and is an acknowledged Change Management Expert. Edgar has an exceptional eye for detail and an ability to prepare detailed technical documentation. He is a veteran Operations and Resources Planning Manager having set up major resource infrastructures across Europe and the USA including high calibre staff recruitment and establishing vital technologies, communications and premises. He has a unique understanding and involvement with commercial contracts and TUPE Regulations. Clients include Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Hewlett Packard and LloydsTSB. Edgar enjoys clay pigeon shooting, watching rugby and through his profession has developed a taste for travel.
